I think I'll drop the heavy and make it light, regular and bold.
- I'm liking the caps regular and the lowercase bold. If something must go I think heavy is probably the one.palimpsest

Dad's in the hospital again. He fainted because of his blood pressure, someone did CPR, cracking his sternum and breaking a rib. They solved the blood pressure problem, but an 84 year old takes months to recover from a break like that.

The wife of a friend of mine died a couple of days ago...5 kids we've known since they were little...now all late teens and 20's. She's been unwell for a long time. She was mid 50's - way too young.
Shocking of me to be thinking of this at this time...but the funeral is on the same day I have the biggest meeting of my life scheduled in another state - 6 people involved and people flying in from various locations.
I have no idea what to do. If I go to the funeral, it's probably going to jeopardise something I've been working on for a LONG time.
If I don't go...I'm going to be filled with guilt.

iam gonna give you a serious and honest answer here, because you are very persistent with that story... You're sticking to it since 8 years!I exagerated that story a lot, I was learning martial arts at that time and I just wanted to brag that I successfully defended myself from an "attack" in the subway. If you know people who are learning martial arts, they're very proud and think they're very cool and smart, particularly in the first couple years of their learning, it change over time when they get humbled in the class!
I also wrote that story in here to entertain y'all and I twisted the reality. What really happend is a woman was hitting people with a rolled up magazine and she suddenly targetted me and I blocked her by liftting my arm up. Nothing more happend. I didn't hit her at all. I didnt hurt her at all. I immediately walked away from her.
You dont know me, but Iam the most introvert, quiet and nicest person you could meet, thats a real brag now. Its the reality. I would never hit someone if I dont fear for my life or physical integrity. Iam someone who avoid troubles and problems at all cost, all the the time.
So, here you have the real story. Now, I see you really seems to hate me because you deeply thinks that i hit a woman, maybe a woman close to you have been hurt before and its a sensitive topic for you, thats ok and I understand, but you nurture negativity around something that never happend regarding that post I've made 8 years ago.
If you were in front of me I'd like to shake your hand and put that thing behind us, because its useless and its just negativity in here that we dont need, we have enough negativity around us on a daily basis in the "real life".

As I hit my 40s and start to have kids, I’ve noticed a bunch of new parents just stop working and stay at home. Mostly mons, one stay at home dad.
I feel like it would be impossible to live and raise kids on one income , but people with a similar job to me are doing it. Anyone in that situation? Are you just broke all the time? Or are you broke for a few years and then kids start costing less?
