So, apparently the EU considers YouTube's crackdown on ad blockers to be a violation of EU privacy laws, as ad block detection is considered spyware. Which might explain why I haven't noticed any changes here in Denmark. Maybe a VPN will work for you non-EU citizens.

The kind folk at everyedition.ch publishing have just sent me a copy of their latest book to which I contributed several record sleeves. It's beautifully illustrated with over 300 colour photos of record sleeves featuring the artist with an animal on the cover. I sent them several examples and as it was a while ago can't quite remember which ones exactly, but it's a lovely book and it would make a great Xmas present for a record collector friend.

I haven't updated my portfolio in years, always full of work and without taking time to stop and rethink certain parts of my career.
If I'm lucky, this Christmas I'll have a couple of days to do it, and thus start next year prepared to knock on a few doors.
On a side note, it's been a very strange year in terms of work, but I can't complain for now.

I'm tired of my job and want to make more personal work.
I could get a different job that probably pays more, but I want to take some time off, or work less hard for a year or so, focus on my art, and see what happens.
What are some ideas for easier, part-time jobs that cover expenses.
Definitely willing to take a pay cut in exchange for more free time.
I'm less eager to pursue freelance because that is challenging.

Yesterday morning I fell from the top of an "unstable structure" (one chair placed on top of the other to be able to reach high, I know, I'm stupid) so even my eyelashes hurt and at night I arrived late with my wife from a concert...

ive basically been left alone to do work for the past 4 years. this year my manager and team changed. im the only one who has a case load so all my managers focus is on me. ive gone from full autonomy to having oversight on pretty much everything and its draining me of enthusiasm and giving me anxiety.
i now pretty much doubt every decision im making
how do i politely tell her to back off and give me some space to do what i do
its also client renewal season so theres a microscope on everything
and we have to go into the office 2 days a week now - its a shit show.

I learned a lot from my first real gardening season. For starters, I hate and want to murder all squirrels and rabbits.
-Poblanos were all smaller than I would have liked but tasted delicious.
-Green onions are thin and lanky but very strong in flavor and scent.
-The two or three good-sized zucchini I got were okay but not worth the space and effort.
-Tomatoes were Chocolate Sprinkle cherry tomato and Early Girls. These unfortunately were eaten daily by squirrels but OMG were they all so good! Really is true how much sweeter a homegrown tomato is compared to a store-bought one!
-I'm also growing Carolina Reapers which I have absolutely no idea what to do with lol. They took forever, and this huge plant has only yielded four peppers in total.

- Tomatoes are what I would call advanced gardening. Everything in nature likes to eat tomatoes, not just humans. You can try spraying neem oil to fight pests,cherub
- and of course insecticidal soap(it drowns spider mites). Peppers are beginner friendly, and drought tolerant and if u forget to water, it makes them hotter.cherub
- Alliums are fun bcuz u can chop the stem off the ones u buy at shop, they will regenerate from the bulb in water, then put in dirt to plant.cherub
- Curcubits(squash,cuc... get attacked by lots of stuff, plain yellow squash will get attacked by the vine borer bug if u dont prespray with B.T. (a bacteriacherub
- based non-chemical insecticide). Once the vine borer eats the BT it loses appetite and dies of starvation. Squash blossoms can be eaten, FYI. Stuff the freshcherub
