The Multipla case. In the end, it seems the timing belt broke or wore out.
I didn't hear any metallic noise and I stopped the engine almost immediately; maybe there's no internal damage.
Or, if there was damage and the cylinder head needs to be removed for major repairs.
Another chapter this week ;)
