Anyone got the link to the Zoom/Video Conference tool that makes it seem there's some technical issues?
I have a Kindergarten parent meeting and I'm laying sick in bed and really don't feel like taking part...LOL!

I just did a nearly YouTube-worthy almost-fall in the middle of the street. I was hurrying down and waved hello to a lady who works in a shop and just I did so, my boot somehow caught on the barest millimetre of paving stone edge and i went hurtling forward, with my arms spastically windmilling around. I must've leant forward to about 30º and made at least eight ridiculous stomps until I was able to right myself. Not sure if impressed by my balance or ashamed of my fear of falling.
Woman in the shop now really knows how cool i am.

I want someone to assembly an orchestra with nothing but unusual and obscure instruments. Hang drums, singing bowls, hurdy-gurdies, didgeridoos, sitars, zithers, erhus, those Swiss horns, rain sticks, Aztec death whistles, gamelan, etc.

My family is taking a trip to visit the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Vegas, LA, etc in April. We're only staying one night in Vegas but I don't want to stay on the strip, Does anyone know of any half-decent areas 15-20 minutes outside of the strip where we could get a hotel for the night? I'm getting new kitchen appliances. Sister is strongly urging induction cooktop, she says it's great. Partner's bestie says induction is shit, she's had 2 break and went back to gas under warranty replacement.
What have you currently got? What would you get if you were getting a new one?

Viewed a house on Monday that smelt like summer garbage and had pet rabbits running free and shitting all over it. Nearly stood on one while wearing heavy boots after a cat chased it under my foot. Tennants had torn down some wallpaper since the brochure photos were taken revealing mould and there was even just an open box of rotting food sitting in the kitchen (a refreshing change to the usual loaf baking in the oven). In fact, it had the full hippy shebang, didgeridoo, motivational printed canvases, full wall forest wall prints...
Walked out of there laughing my head off at the state of it but if they're trying to deter a sale then they've underestimated how much pleasure tearing up and relegating all that hippy detritus to a skip would give me.. TBH I'm more concerned with checking the building control on some RSJs from an old renovation and the roof.
Still no offers after 2 days of viewing so waiting for the agents to phone me back now to put in a silly low one then potentially spunking a few grand on structural engineers and solicitors to find out if i actually want to buy it. Fucking hippies!

I really believe women can smell testosterone (pheromones) and it makes them act totally different.

I have no idea who this person is.
