Was given a job task as part of an interview process, no deadline but I took a few weeks, due to xmas hols + super busy two weeks back at work and not having much energy/time for it...

Accidentally closed a safari window on ipados with more than a hundred tabs that were opened for months.
No last session recovery option.

I brought my girlfriend of three years to my brothers wedding in Mexico and at the last night we all went out to dinner and I look across the table and my girlfriend is weeping but she wont tel me what I did.
The restaurant is so loud anyway that we can’t talk but I ask her if she wants to leave and she says yes. So I mouth goodbye to my brother and his now wife and I gone out side and mu girlfriend has already gone back to out hotel room.
Back at the room she asks me to hold her in bed and so I do without question. Then she drops it on me that she’s having withdrawls.
Withdrawls from what I ask and she says she needs me to go out and get her vicodin so we can get through the airport in the morning. Shes been abusing hydrocodone and xanax for months.
So I manage to find her some-enough to get her through traveling and realize the web of lies that i have to start spinning to say goodbye and tale the transport to the airport with my mom.
Now we are waiting at our gate and she is nodding out and I am weeping openly because my other friend is telling me I need to buy Narcan for her roommate and my house in case she doesnt have an accident and ODs.
I am really distressed and don’t know who to ask for help from her friends. But I am pretty sure I need to tell her sister and mom and it’s about to get difficult.

I'm so bored of modern design. Using computer. Vector graphics. Fake image making photoshop. All the design from it, seems boring - it's all screen based. Even the printed stuff feels like a hand never touched it.
I'm bored of seeing it. Bored of creating it. Just want to go in a time machine back to a time when all things graphic and design were done by hand and mechanical machines. Where imperfections were charming.
