My airbrush air compressor took a shit and i want to replace it with a proper shop compressor with a tank since i don’t have one of those and it’d be nice to support pneumatic tools.
My question is, when they’re on, do they make noise the whole time? Or do they fill up the tank with air and then stop? Can i paint off stored air in the tank quietly or will i have to endure constant rattling?

I'm having a massive clear-out, EVERYTHING is a quid a pop or 12 for a tenner! Absolutely loads of Prince, Tull, 60's/70's rock etc and no classical/Scottish folk, all nice stuff, will even do the 7"s and CD's for 50p each if you buy lots - I've driven all the way down from Scotland to clear space in my garage + it's free to get in and I'm there from about 11 and it won't even be windy, so if you can make it be good to see you there!

Especially in UK.I'm wondering how it works with tax. I presume you have to register as self-employed / LTD, and somehow invoice your job (or self?) and then withdraw the crypto from your wallet via an exchange to £ when you want to get paid...?
I've been offered a job that pays in crypto. So need to understand it better... and of course, ask QBN'ers firstly.

New idea:
Student might spend $60k+ for a 3 year Universtiy degree.
Would it not be better to give $60k to a company you really want to work with, have them hire and train you and pay you $30k a year for the first 2 years.
Student gets their money back + invaluable work experience and insights.
Company has a no financial risk trainee that is keen to work with them and learn the job. They can also put the money in treasury and make return on it over the 2 years.
After the 2 years, it's highly probable that the student would stay on, both parties happy. If not, the student has some solid work exp on their resume.

oh ffs - I had to bulk up a small paper purchase so I could get over a fiver to pay by card, so grabbed a nearby 0.5mm pigment pen, as they're always handy, except this one isn't as it's fucking 0.05mm and I'm waaay too ham-fisted to make use of that for more than 15 seconds without breaking it.
Besides which, it's fucking ugly. Or, rather, my ugly handwriting's not hidden by the pens bare, gentle lines.
