Does anyone know a digital christmas card service that lets you resell personalised digital messages like Jacqui Lawson? Or is this something you have to create yourself from scratch?
I've got a charity that usually sells physical cards to raise funds but people have stopped buying cards these days and are missing the revenue. So would like to suggest having digital ones.

Like a year ago i read about some program my city was doing where they plant a free fruit tree on a few thousand eligible properties. My house met the requirements so i signed up and forgot about it.
I guess that’s why i have an avocado tree growing in my yard now? I didn’t yesterday. Seems like they would have knocked or something?
Anyway, free avocados in 3-5 years!!

For any tinkerers out there with a Raspberry Pi lying around, converting it into an ad-blocking and tracker-blocking DNS provider for your home network is a pretty handy use for it. I had an old media server unit not being used and wiped it last night in favour of Pi-Hole from Github, and man browsing ad-filled sites seems much quicker, and it has not slowed network performance at all. Installation took about 20-30 minutes.

- quick search indicates setting VPN's DNS to Pi-Hole and configuring Pi-Hole's upstream DNS provider to VPN provider's DNS makes it work and avoids DNS leaksBuddhaHat
