About 2 years ago (time has gone weird during the pandemic so may have been longer) I posted I was working on a screenplay.
I remember saying at the time it was nearly finished. Well how wrong was I.
Draft 5 is now finally finished and I've shared to a close circle of friends. It was so hard sharing it even with close people for fear of the feedback but it had to be done. There comes a time when you need honest feedback however hard that may be, especially from brutally honest friends.
It will almost certainly go nowhere, and it may not be that good but I am happy with it and the fact I did it after years of saying how much I wanted to.
It's really quite personal at times although the story isn't particularly, never felt so worried about sharing a piece of work with others.
I'm happy though, the fuckers nearly finally done so i can empty my brain of it and move onto the next thing.
