About an hour ago I'm sitting my apartment working and I hear an insane downpour begin outside... followed by some huge cracks of thunder and bursts of light (lightning hitting somewhere in apartment complex)... and plenty of hail. I opted to take a peek outside. I live about a half of a mile from a 1700' mountain... it had completely disappeared from view.
We've been having spot storms pop-up all over the place the last few days. They can get to be rather frightening given the amount of water and flash floods that come with them... but today's storm had something extra special... this shit apparently was occurring nearly right over my head based on the news reports:

Is there an easy way to consolidate them in one folder, getting rid of or just ignoring the duplicates, without having to deal with dialogue boxes or warnings everytime a dupe is found?

I started a freelance to perm job a number of weeks ago for a small consultancy in Manhattan. We are working to fix a online product but the catch is, the product is broken in the first place - so it's a cluster f to begin and end with. I'm doing UX / UI but the boss is nuts and started yelling and saying crap about my work in a big meeting yesterday evening. Then he text me last night saying I was too expensive, my work is shit and things were not working out, blah, blah, blah.
He set up a time to meet with me this morning, obviously thinking he's gonna fire me. I am relieved and I'm just all smiles when I want in to the meeting. He's very sharp dude and starts lecturing me, getting all serious, talking smack to me about my work and then I literally bust out laughing. He's saying the most ridiculous things I can't help it. He gets even more serious and I interrupt as he's on his soapbox, "aren't you going to fire me?" He ignores and keeps talking and I interrupt and repeat it again, his jaw drops. I ask him if it's my last day today? or it would be cool to work end of week? he short circuits. Then he gets more confused and starts back-pedaling. Then he asks if I can stay till end of month, than few minutes later till middle of Jan, then he starts talking about me working till the end of Jan...
