A friend in Sydney who started running for two months now is really enjoying it. His even more motivated to go out for more runs while listening to music sets.
Somehow he got me running in Melbourne for 3.5km today, after never doing any exercise for the past 15 years.
He's using Nike Run Club and I joined up. We both live in two different states so it's hard to keep in touch all the time.
Hopefully, we can motivate and encourage each other to push our limits in running and keep a friendship more connected.To be honest, it was a great run, and really enjoyed it, even if I left half a lung behind and pulled a calf muscle. Having people around you to motivate you in doing things outside your comfort zone is rewarding. Even if it's just for a run.

I broke my kneecap in a bike accident and haven't been able to do any of that for a month because I can't bend my knee or put any weight on it.
My butt hurts from sitting around and physical therapy is pure pain.

After 1 month trying to get FontBase to work I just quit.
Too much faff in my case.
Fonts never get activated.
Only in Affinity after restarting computer.
Not gonna activate some Typekit Font just to make it work what in my case also didn't so...I just upgraded my FontExplorer X Pro License for 60€...
Everything is working fine...except can't see TTF previews.Fonts are Designers Best Friends...

I ate shrimp last night.
First intentional non plant-based item tossed in my diet in over 6 months. I'm heading up to Alaska to Mom's (she caught a shark yesterday) and I was informed if I want some protein that I can either have fish, bear, moose (lol) or drive to the nearest store that has what I'd want (about 45 mins away)... soooo... I've decided to slip some seafood back in the diet as I'm going to be up there 2 weeks (she has an amazing garden... but not really protein-filled).
The shrimp is sitting well... no bellyaches... no headaches... just tasty burps for a couple hours... nothing more.
