Went to see the current exhibition at the Modern Museum of Art in Frankfurt today. So disappointing. Worst shit ever. I have no words. Experienced bad exhibitions already, but this was a complete joke. Actually, it wasn't even funny.

Been eating a lot more higher-protein / lower fat meat lately and that means eating a lot of Eye of Round steaks, which aren't that thick and usually cook to quickly.
Soaked them in Shiner Bock beer for most of the day yesterday before cooking them in a cast iron skillet, having them for lunch today, and that beer is the secret. So tasty and still pretty juicy.
