i don't post here often, but news needs to be shared.
Sadly PhanLo passed away on Wednesday.
He put so much colour in to this world and was a driving force with in the street/graffiti/mural art scene in Edinburgh, Scotland and the wider world. it will be a darker place without him.
A sad loss for those who knew him personally and on QBN.
Rest in peace Elph.

Holy shit. I was chatting with him on instagram recently but wondered where he'd been of late. Such a magical guy with such a profound talent. Have we any idea what happened? So sorry to hear this news and that's brought everything down to earth today.

Throughout the time i've spent here he's been a consistently inspiring contributor. He seems a genuinely measured and considerate fellow.
I find myself strangely emotional. He will be greatly missed.

man, always thought i'd run in to him but we never crossed paths. friends of friends and only ever heard great things about the guy. seeing his art develop over the years has been such an inspiration and his posts held this place together, what a loss x

fuck... he was incredibly inspiring both on an artistic level but also on a philosophical level. He was the wise embodiment of 'be the change you wish to see in this world', and that has had such a massive impact on me this past decade... I'll miss you PhanLo.
