Lost for words :(
He was such a drive here and a creative person.
Just got his book, hoping this will help his family and keep is art being shared.
I’ll be happy to contribute if a gofundme is setup.

DAMN. ONE OF THE GOOD ONES. RIP

We are getting old and sensitive to loss. Cross-eyed, skewed, we wear glasses to work, resilient until the moment we least expect. When? When it has to be. Thank you for your art. Today and always you will be remembered.
- Beautiful. Yes, I for one will never forget him. This has really made me consider... Well, everything. xNairn

Rest in peace. Thank you for all the creative posts. I will seriously miss the wacky hotdog art you somehow managed to find.

RIP. So talented. Whenever he posted his own stuff here it was always a nice reminder that we have solid artists amongst us. We're not all grumpy old hack dads.

This is really sad news, I hope his family has the support of loved ones. I loved his artwork, and his obsession with Akira, and always appreciated his general good nature on the site. We lost a good one. RIP PhanLo.

We are really getting older, like isaca mentioned. Weird to feel this loss in a way I didn't expect to feel for someone I only knew through his artwork. Thanks for everything PhanLo.

I spent the rest of the day yesterday trying to find out more but eventually fell asleep feeling sad and deflated. It’s a testament to his beautifully creative character to see all these messages here and if anyone does create a fund, keep us posted. X

This is sad news indeed.. he was always a such a positive force her but also really supportive of urban art and culture in general.. and an amazing wall painter ..
The world will be less without him ..saddened
- I keep reading these threads in an unhealthy way, but yes the dude got UP. Still sick over this. Bad people should pass, not Phan.garbage

RIP Phanlo - he brought an authenticity and creativity to this little corner of the world that was valued, loved, and appreciated. He was a true artist and had a great eye and fantastic taste. I always appreciated his contributions and his personality. This is a bummer
Time and tide wait for no man.

christ.
just turned on my laptop and this is what i see.
we've lost some friends on QBN before, but each one feels like a hammer to the head.
Amazing how folks you've never met, can become a part of your life over the (what 25+ years?) we've all been hanging out here.
RIP Phanlo... you inspired all of us.
