Brian had a son Fin and Helen his wife here in edinburgh. Fin had just started at university in london.

Brian's Funeral is at 12pm 18th June at Mortonhall crematorium 30B Howdenhall Road, Edinburgh, EH16 6TX.
as you can imagine there will be a lot of people there, but all are welcome to join.

For a while QBN was basically PhanLo's place, keeping it creative with great daily contributions away from the drama.

Holy shit. I was chatting with him on instagram recently but wondered where he'd been of late. Such a magical guy with such a profound talent. Have we any idea what happened? So sorry to hear this news and that's brought everything down to earth today.

Just catching up with this thread and it's taken me two attempts to read through. Can't believe it. Such desperately sad news.
Whatever the State of QBN, knowing Phan was here kept it positive.

Such sad news. We were honoured to have PhanLo share his time, views and art with us on QBN.
Being a creative and artist in Edinburgh we have a lot of shared friends or friends of friends. PhanLo was always someone I always thought I'd bump into somewhere and share a fellow QBNer moment.
Having such a social overlap the amount of tribute posts I am seeing daily on my instagram feed is truly incredible.
I saw one from his younger cousin talking about how uplifted he would feel when PhanLo complimented him on his art, it seemed he'd been a mentor to him, and many others.
I totally felt that comment. When I shared my art or design on QBN and got a positive comment from PhanLo it really meant something getting kudos from such a talented artist.Your art posts and vibes will be missed on QBN.
