I do not get the hype around the Band Geese. I kind of love that a gritty rock band is making noise and I love their influences like Velvet Underground, Television and even Sonic Youth but they're just OK.

I’ve been going to the gym pretty much every day now doing treadmill cardio, then hitting weights pretty hard until failure. Sometimes I push my luck by lifting heavier than usual and while that’s all in good when I wake up the next morning, I can feel my skeleton lol

Somehow I left my beta blocker refill in the console of the car and my wife's 35 mins away @ work. I killed my normal morning caffeine before realizing I didn't have them and I'm a crazy shaky mess this morning w/my heart feeling like it's about to blow through my chest... good times!!!
