A friend popped in to surprise me with a gift of some *incredibly strong-smelling* skunk, which was very nice of her.
Trouble is, she did so about a minute before a client I'd been waiting for popped in to pick up their job.
Having myself just nipped out for 10 mins on a quick errand and walked back in to the studio here, there is no fucking way in hell the client didn't smell that stench. It's double-bagged and everything. Shit, haha. Oh well.

Lost a friend from childhood today... he was the kind of guy that would tease me to no end as I was the little brother of his best friend (my eldest brother, Steve). He even went so far as to call me 'little Steve' in honor of my brother.
Both he and Steve used to sit in the art room their senior year pretty much drawing all day (when I was just in 6th grade... our school was so small that it housed grades 6-12). The one hour that my class was in there I was a God amongst the little kids. The two best illustrators in the school were my big brother and his friend Todd and they fucking kept my bullies at bay when I was in that room.
Todd passed away about 4 days ago due to complications from a bleeding ulcer along w/piss-poor doctoring (the fucks gave him medication he was allergic to). Gone way WAY too young.
Anyway... I'll miss you, Todd... you're a big reason why I started drawing as a kid and eventually got into graphic design. I hope you're at peace. <3

I don’t know if I had the best or the worst vomit in my life ever today.
I was supposed to meet with friends and took the train to the other town. During the train ride I started to feel nauseous. After like almost 30 minutes I couldn’t hold it anymore and felt that I had to throw up so I ran to the bathroom.
It was such a forceful vomit, it didn’t just go into the toilet bowl but splattered everywhere. I couldn’t help it, it just came out that forceful.
It went all over the tight bathroom walls and floor, on my shoes and pants. It stank like crazy and I had to stay in there for a couple minutes longer until the other passengers left as I didn’t want to face any of them.
I feel really sorry for the person who has to clean that bathroom. But I also let go a little prayer and thanked that person in hope that he/ she could understand that it wasn’t my choice and I had no other options.
