nothing like a green grass refreshment to help with the stresses of the labyrinth. the nasty ratfaced viagra drones kept including their unnecessary direction but we gave the mirrors to help pacify their authoritarian impulses

I could already tell from their limited intellectual prowess that they were aristocrats and that they probably spent a lifetime in the regalia of the old advertising age. unfortunately, blimps are no longer mainstream.

Do you guys eat bfast or skip it? I'm trying to see if there's a correlation of people who skip breakfast, and eat large meals later. How's your metabolism and are you overweight or underweight?

    • Skip breakfast, drink tea 'til I'm starving, eat light lunch, eat big dinner. Am not fat. Used to eat eggy breakfasts.. was thinner. Need to get back into that.detritus
    • Are you middle weight, thin or overweight?pinkfloyd
    • breakfast: milk and a toast. If i skip if, I tend to eat more during the day. I workout almost every day (run or gym) so my metabolism burns calories welldmay
    • Always, 3 eggs, bacon, tater tots, salsa, guacamole or sometimes oatmeal with fruit. Work out 4-5 times a week, pretty fit.robotron3k
    • Skip it during the week, but usually eat a "brunch" during the weekend as my 1st meal. Meal at home, not some $40 omlet.section_014
    • I'm 5'10" 175 lbs, lifts weights, but also lifts beers. So, I guess I'm sorta what average was 30 years ago.section_014
    • I see various results. there goes my theory, thanks guyspinkfloyd
    • Yes bfast. Most vital meal. Linseeds, black sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pats + banana. Then omelette with lard and onion. Tea plus a expresso.shapesalad

    • Perfect weight for my height. Can easily resist junk and chocolate during the day.shapesalad
    • Since eating seeds at breakfast (it looks like bird food in the bowl) my nails and hair have become stronger. Feel better too.shapesalad

    • Breakfast. Never. Just coffee. Lunch before noon, usually a salad or soup. Very light. Big dinner. I'm average as fuck.DRIFTMONKEY
    • breakfast every day before 8amimbecile
    • water, banana, coffee, either two slices of bread or small portion of yogurt, if possible other piece of fruit. eat a lot of fruits, veggies all day.oey
    • sometimes cooked lunch but mostly light like salads or some boiled veggies. small yogurt and fruit afternoon. nice dinner but not too much.oey
    • sweets mostly after dinner not much. vegan gummi bears and nuts in front of the computeroey
    • 1,75m, 65Kg, vegan not as fit as a year ago, no regular fitness at the moment but still fit.oey
    • I think breakfast is important. Now I'm pretty busy but like until a year ago I would have an one hour breakfast and talk with my housemates.oey
    • I don't like to hurry at all. I decided to change that when I left Amsterdam.oey
    • Like shapesalad says, I also think it's vital.oey

    for humans, less is more.
less work, less food, less exercise
    less cities, less tension
    less babies, less population
    less consumption, less pollution
    less stress, less hate

maybe start taxing carbon footprints and giving bonuses for that, dunno.

humanity can continue evolving into a more efficient ecosystem if we correct our habits...

there needs to be a certain amount of chaos to be allowed to happen. minimize pain suffered to...

    (notes on constructing a utopia)

    • Agree with all of that.shapesalad

i recently had a dream where a person I was having a conversation with morphed into a Sega Genesis in mid-conversation. First time a slow, detailed morph like that happened in a dream.

    • If you fly in your dreams how do you do it? I tend to focus very hard and start levitating. A friend told me that he flaps his arms up and down like wings LOL!HijoDMaite
    • oh yea, Ive flown. I just float up, almost like swimming. weight just disappears.docpoz
    • i'm afraid of heightsdocpoz

    • @Hijo I kind of hold my breath and concentrate to levitate. Its more “float” than “fly”, but yeah.maquito
    • I levitated in a dream recently. The people around me were frightened.futurefood
    • For some reason I finally 'learnt to fly' in my dreams a couple of years ago, and now do most of the time.. but there's always the idea of ...detritus
    • ... "realising it's impossible" which invariably makes me descend or come crashing down. Therefore my dreams are evolving, where i get more confident ...detritus
    • ...and I can learn to fly further and further. I crossed the North sea, and recently started across the Atlantic in another dream, only to be awoken.detritus
    • I'm probably still out there drowning somewhere. Certainly feels like it in wakened life at the moment :(detritus
    • The weird thing for me is less the flying than the episodice continuity of it all. It's a constant running theme in my dreams, and has been for months & months.detritus
    • It feels like it should mean something, and have some sort of resolution, but I'll be damned if I can see it. So odd.detritus

At the place where I was grown up was an old lady, who always went down from the 7th floor and sat on the bench what had a view to my window. After few weeks I noticed that she was watching me smoking in the window. This audience started to get really annoying because I wasn't smoking tobacco, and I was afraid that she will tell my mother, and fuck this I really don't like the spotlight.

So I got an idea, took a photo of the old ladies face, printed it on vinyl and mounted on my window so that every time she looks up she will see her self. She was gone forever after a week or something :)
Now i'm going to play the same game with my neighbor who is watching my house very fucking morning from his window.

Thats a well written resume of the current situation

    >

'Over the past decade, social media has become the platform for the facade of a perfect life. People are obtaining thousands of online worshippers as they sell them beauty, lifestyle, experience, and adventure. Many attempt to recreate the life of those they have started to admire so much and the result of this is millions of social media accounts filled with avocados, tranquil landscapes, and professional looking photos of people lounging at home in their comfy clothes.

But with the so-called perfect life comes resentment. Resentment from those that feel they don’t live in the same wonderful world, spared of sadness and pain, like so many influencers like to suggest they do. Jealousy begins to take over, as does the desire to see the image of perfection shattered into little pieces.'

god i'm tired of everyone making noise all the time!

People laughing and screaming on the streets, loud music in cars, trucks and cars on the street, neighbours that keep slamming their doors and all their visitors buzzing the doorbell, the stupid air bnb over my head with their 3 y-o that play 'jump off the bed' at 10pm just over our bedroom where my gf is trying to sleep. the fuckin motorized city vaccum that cleans the street at 9 pm, people talking super loud while riding their bike passing on the street bike lane. the neighbours kids that keep bringing his friends in the backyard and scream and throw stuff and take the metal stairs with his fuckin rollerblades making all the building shaking in monstrous metal noises and vibrations. And atm people are partying on the street a couple blocks from mine.
