OK...here's one for you all. My son was due to go to a school friend's place just to hang out. He hadn't been there before. So he gives my son (who is 13) the address...my wife decides to drive him. They rock up to the house...son walks to the front door and rings the bell. A complete stranger (quite dodgy looking) answers the door and says the friend doesn't live there. Person gets a bit pissed and thinks my son is pranking so he runs back to the car.
Wife is fuming. Texts the friend who says it was all a joke and the real address is about 12mins drive away. The kid doesn't even bother to apologise.
They turn around and come home...the wife says never to associate with this kid ever again.
My thinking is the wife is half right...no going to his place in future unless he apologises profusely. Can continue to talk to this kid at school, but I said a real friend wouldn't do something like that. The address he sent him to was pretty dodgy and if he was making his own way there on public transport, it would have been at least 30+ mins out of the way.

We have a couple of new folk, one being a middle-aged woman originally from Iran who moved to Sweden in the 80's - we had a grand conversation about the situation there and how she took part in the protests against the Shah in '79 and how things became increasingly fucked towards the end of his rule. Right. So she sits down in the spot and I take a few test shots. Cool. I take about 15-20 or so because it's a hot light and everyone has things to do.
She carries herself well, well dressed, jet-black hair. Could get some decent shots from this. No. She insists on doing this fucking wretched duckface for half the shots, with her head tilted back like fucking whiplash. So of course she chooses the worst to go on the site. Jesus fucking Christ.

Just made a HUGE cleanup in my Facebook unfollowed tons of pages. And i keep unfollowing stuff as they show up in my feed.
I really hate the algorythm of Facebook and Instagram (same company) ... their feeds are a real pain, always showing the same stuff. So many pages/persons I follow never show up in the feed.

My interest for graphic design is fading away more and more as years pass by. My interest are more and more into photography.
My job is like 2% design and 98% other stuff and used to do some freelance at home but I only have one client now that give me like 4-5 jobs each year, and I use to create personal projects all the time in the past and I was browsing lots of websites and blogs about graphic design, but I find them really boring now.
Am I the only one in here?
