Had a 6 hours photo shoot with 4 musicians...
By 1pm they were already drinking and getting high... even had a booze run during the shoot I when I was setting up another set. Cuz they ran out of booze.Amazing...

Freelance client for a worpress site including Google DFP ads, email marketing platform set up, etc. isn't comfortable signing a standard contract detailing usage rights (cannot license/sell), cancellation kill fee (copyright stays with designer if canceled), authorship credit (I am transferring copyright but retain authorship rights) etc.
Client prefers to make this a "work for hire" which legally doesn't qualify b/c I'm not an employee and a website doesn't satisfy the US copyright law for work for hire as detailed here (https://copyright.gov/circs/cir...
Any thoughts/advice? I've used this exact contract/work agreement for over 10 years with no issues.

I live in Australia. My parents are away. I just went to feed the cat, ended up sitting down and watching some dumb movie over a beer or three. Get up to leave turn around and I kid you not there was a spider the size of a dinner plate behind my the whole time. This thing was the biggest fucking spider I have ever seen in my life, and I have seen a few.
My parents and/or most people would likely kill it immediately. I could not end this majestic bastards life. I found a cake dish and caught it. It was fast as fuck, big fucker.
As I run out screaching like a little girl to the balcony, I ran through another spider web. Threw it off balcony.
My heart is still pounding. Happened 10 mins ago.
Happy spider is now in the bushes. :)
