God I hate marketing-speak
"Now, given the passionate outpouring from customers that followed, we've decided to engage in the dialogue, take their feedback on board and work together as we move ahead and evolve to the next phase of Gap."
What a roundabout way to say "we fucked up"

- well... possibly I was thinking that. Still very awkward. Not sure exactly what they accomplished. Made their customer base more sentimental about their brand.Dodecahedron
- customer base get all passionate and sentimental.Dodecahedron

releasing a bad logo is one thing. whats worse is scrapping that bad logo and reverting back. stick to you guns and stand behind your decision.
