MEGADEATH vs METALLICA
GO!
- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯pango
- METADETHpablo28
- PROTOBIRTHdasohr
- SFSGSW was the first LP I ever bought. Bought it whilst on holiday with my parents in Skegness. Classy!microkorg
- both shit
/posthans_glib - Despite Metallica being terrible after Cliff died and then even worse after Newstead left. Despite Ulrich and Hetfield being entitled-prima donna-fucknuts,...Morning_star
- ...Megadeath are a rancid shit-clad blanket of a band. Dave Mustain is a whiney bitch who's continued to public seek a way back into Metallica. And for that...Morning_star
- ...and Hangar 18 he and Megadeath should be left to evaporate like pungent cat-piss.Morning_star
- Metallica.
I've always hated Mustaine.
But this is by no means an endorsement of the Black album, Load, Reload, St Anger, or Death Magnetic.Continuity - NONE - SEPULTURA !!

- fuck metallica #napsterneverforgettrooperbill
- Mehmaquito
- "terrible after cliff died" is the most cliche Metallica line in existence. They were terrible after "In Justice..." (which was mixed afwul).section_014
- ^ Sit down Lars.Morning_star
- DuPontSTORM305
- ok... I'm a bit older... I got Ride the Lightning as soon as it was released in 84... and bought Kill em All about a week later...
adn I have to say..exador1 - Morning_star is right when he said they lost it after Cliff died. They did.exador1
- There's no if ands or buts about it. its true.exador1
- HOWEVER...exador1
- I think, at the end of the day, i probably got more enjoyment out of listening to Megadeth over the years...exador1
- were they right to kick his ass out of the band? YES! he was fucked up and violent... who wants to hang out with a guy like that...exador1
- but, how they did it?...nah...that was fucked up beyond belief...he had every right to be upset about that...exador1
- I think that anger obviously fueled him for a LONG time...exador1
- but...i gotta say... Peace Sells, and So Far were fucking great albums... and for what it's worth, i still fucking love Hanger18...exador1
- and Mustaine is a fantastic guitarist... i love Kirk Hammet a lot...and LOVE his solo on ORION...but Mustaine?..fuck man... his riffs are fucking legend...exador1
- his anger and his attitude get tiresome, but for what it's worth, I've enjoyed his music a fair bit more than metallica's over the years...exador1
- and some of my fav metallica songs are probably his anyhow...exador1
- +1 @trooperbillSalarrue
- Take No Prisoners still holds up.BonSeff
- Testement, Death Angel, Nuclear Assault...just sayin.Morning_star
- The original lineup of Metallica with Megadeath's Dave Mustaine as lead guitaristKrassy
- The Big Teutonic 4: Kreator, Sodom, Destruction, TankardDRIFTMONKEY
- Nuclear Assault are awesome....as are Bomb Disneyland.see_thru

Thinking about seeing George Clinton & Parliament Funkadelic on their farewell tour. $75 for vip isn't too bad, but the last time I saw them was 16 years ago.

Is there a thread on QBN about ISP / hosting / general TCP/IP conversation?

It started two or three days ago after I took knowledge of German Post Office rules for envelopes and addressing.
Then I made one day break and checked the stuff I did before again. Today I started to test print to compare sizes and other stuff.I'm one week late in the "deadline" but I decided to explore this to the max during the weekend and lets see what I have on Monday. Nothing is in its "final" state, so I don't have much to show right now.
Letters
- docpoz-3
all three are fine. pick one.
- they are for different things but thanks!oey
- ok npdocpoz
- they’re basically the same ... letterhead?monospaced
- ^ yes. quotations, invoice and letter.oey
- fwiw, i love the design aesthetic, but feel it's really encroaching on what would be important info down the line. maybe pull it back significantly first?monospaced
- ^wait, what? I mean I think I understand but I'm not sure mono. can you please say it in other way? sorry and thanks!oey
- There's a lot on each template. Maybe reduce how much of the graphic and type cover the page.monospaced
- (more "empty" space)monospaced
- ah! thanks mono! you should have seen the first stuff I did, I designed posters instead of letterheads...hehehe...oey

- I can't can't think of a film that has had the kind of impact on my life that certain books have.Gnash
- The only kind of films that have had any kind of lasting impact on affecting my world view have been documentariesGnash
- tl:dr
fiction = books good
non-fiction = moving pictures goodGnash - google 'poetic movies', if you wish for more spirited away kind of ones.uan
- All of them, because that all get tedious and predictable and so you exit the cinema, turn off the TV and live the life before you.shapesalad
- Thanks for nothing. jk
Just need to mix up how I’m getting fed.notype

Ok this is weird. I was dreaming about QBN last night. That my true identity was revealed on here. In the dream I was a well known designer (not true) so everybody here was kind of riled up & excited. lol
- IN YOUR DREAM!!pango
- I have the same dream, only the oppositedrgs

ever get ideas where the more you think it out, the bigger it becomes, and then its all you are thinking about. and as you think about it, it continues to grow and become infinitely more complicated but you find yourself working out problems or concepts that are way down the line, past many massive hurdles first..
the last 4 days have been a vortex for me. I can't describe it.
to say I feel like I am channeling something is something would never ascribe to.. but unlike anything I have produced or conceived, this fixation on this one ever expanding empire is all consuming. each wave of products builds upon the next.I feel like a fully laden semi trailer has just t-boned into my life and pushing me sideways with the same force into a direction that my brain Is somehow randomly ejecting from no where. ..
I know this all sounds like ramble.. but this energy is quite unlike anything I have experienced before. the momentum of the idea is forming its own path forward.
- sounds cool - wish I had some of thatFax_Benson
- can you bottle some of that? could do with a pick me up!mugwart
- EverydayKiwi is already a thing.shapesalad
- How many mushrooms did you eat?stoplying
- So... what’s the idea?RumperChunk
- in B4 idea is rejected by the clientrobthelad
- Numerous times. I don't believe in fate, but the resonance I feel with some of my ideas has made me wonder at times..SteveJobs
- Fortunately no client .. idea is all to secret at the moment as it hasn’t been done before .. infact neither of the ideas have .. so .. winnerautoflavour

What would it take to go full leftist in today's world?Assuming the industrial monopoly on the planet's social structure is allowing this, I would want these basic amenities as a global citizen:
• Organic meals
• Comfy room & board
• wi-fi & hdmi screen
• electricity
• libraries
• free schooling up to masters degree
• access to a garden
• parks & natural preserves
• full health benefits, prescriptions & dental
• full mental health & psych visits
• a solar powered vehicle or bicycle
• game console & laptop
• smartphone
• basic clothes
• basic incomeThese would be the basic amenities every citizen would be entitled to in the industrialized sectors of the world that would be willing to support it. This would not affect the democratic process of the country in any way or any of the branches of government.
The basis for taxation would be to heavily tax carbon footprints. So resources would be heavily pulled back and be forced to be used as efficiently as possible, including energy resources and chemical usage. Want to live in excess and/or pollute the planet with your usage? Be prepared to pay up the ass.
