I have a UI/UX pricing estimate question. How many hours should I budget to create wireframes?
• 10-12 Wireframes

• Client supplied sitemap- Depends on how deep the sitemap is and how complicated the content strategy is. If there is a lot of moving parts like for a platform, or just a simple biz siteshellie

Capitalism has its merits and historical success. The same can be said for socialism. I understand binary fanaticism as a rallying cry but I feel, like most things in life, striking a sensible balance between the two ideologies seems to be the way to go.
New York has many social welfare and housing programs that tremendously help it's citizens. Without them the city would be a war zone.
Strike a balance that works. Obama was a spark but what the usa needs is to socialize college education (not only to prepare for the job market but for quality of community) and revisit our health care situation. Many hospitals in the usa are a disaster and need funding. I will always recommend a private hospital like Baptist over the Jackson health system or equivalent in South Florida.

Sometimes I really hate clients.
Got feedback that now they don't like certain characters that I shown them from the very beginning when they liked & approved them. And now I can't go back and re-design them.
It seems like the more time they keep looking at something they think they can come up with new ideas and changes far into the production after everything was agreed on.
It's really difficult to be a dick to them and say no when they're the ones paying you but man how I hate clients sometimes.

My father found a car that his father kept in storage for 40 years being offered for sale on craigslist.
My grandmother was just kind of done after he died and saw her own end coming. She sold off some of his stuff so there was less to divide and just money to argue over.
The car is roughly 2.5X the cost it was sold for and has been admittedly stored outside for the last 2 years (after being stored indoor for 40).
Aside from some brake components and spark plugs / wires, nothing has been done to the car... other than a sad flip attempt.
I'm tempted to write the seller and ask questions I know they don't know the answer to.
I'll offer 40% of the asking cost if some items not shown in the photos are made available. (I'm sure they were disposed of.)
