....motherfucker....ok new attempt
Here's a new photography project I've been working on for a while now. The app uses Machine Learning to detect patterns we might not otherwise be aware of - let me know if anyone is interested to become a beta tester!
- "computer says no" LOLrenderedred

wtf of the day?
Did you guys know this Leica M-P ‘Correspondent’ Edition Was Designed by Lenny Kravitz?
(I guess he's a big Leica guy)
A guy on FB group has it up for sale for $35,000!! When released new it was $25,000
"In designing this new “Correspondent” Leica M-P, Kravitz wanted to bring back the aesthetics of his old beautifully aged Leica. The surface of the new camera and the two lenses have been artificially aged, entirely by hand, to suggest “many years of constant use.”
"The camera may look weathered, but its materials are exotic. Durable snakeskin is used for the trim of the cameras and for the camera and wrist straps included in the package."
"Each camera also comes with Summicron-M 35 mm f/2 ASPH and Summilux-M 50 mm f/1.4 ASPH lenses in a custom handmade case that’s also covered with snakeskin."

- I have the Ricoh GR IV Digital and this Fuji is a total rip.ok_not_ok

- All the reviews seem pretty disappointingerr

- I love it too!! Fyi My fav lenses to use on it are the Fujinon 23mm f2, Canon 50mm f1.4 LTM (beautiful portraits, $200) and the Rokinon 8mm f2.8 UMCspl33nidoru
- For the Canon you'll need a $10 LTM->X adapter, and make sure you download Fuji's phone app to remotely control and transfer via wifispl33nidoru
- Did you know 2 company will launch adaptors for Canon to XF taking AF! In 2018 :)Bennn
- I'm with Fuji since the X-T1, I sold my X-T20 last week to get the X-T2 :)Bennn
- Didn't know that, the 50mm 1.4 LTM is manual but I like how the X-T2 handles manual focus.spl33nidoru
- I bought 2 X-T2s and an X100F for a project, absolutely loved working with them, I resold the X-T2s after but kept the X100F, wonderful pocketable camera :)spl33nidoru
- @spl Care to elaborate on going with the X100F? I'm hemming and hawing on which to choose atm.garbage
- garbage: I kept the x100f because I have access to other changeable lens cameras, and my priority was shooting more spontaneously daily, hence portability.spl33nidoru
- If you're fine with sticking with a 35mm lens, the X100F is perfect. The leaf shutter makes it almost silent (unlike the X-T2), so even more discreet.spl33nidoru
- I'm probably going to go with the X-T2. My daily camera is a Hexar AF (cheats enabled), so I don't really have a need for a quiet 35mm lens.garbage
- It doesn't seem too bulky, but I've never handled one. Plus I'm wanting the superior video quality. Appreciate your feedback on these camera threads.garbage

I asked what the least expensive way to break in to medium format while still producing commercial quality work. The Vintage Camera group on FB suggested these. Thoughts?
Mamiya 645
Bronica s2a
Kiev 60
Mamiya TLR
Mamiya RB67
Fuji GX680- Yes Mamiya 645 is a perfect starting point. I've never tried the other ones. My favorite medium format to carry around is the Mamiya 7ii, more expensive tho.spl33nidoru
- You can buy my Phase One. Message me if interested.SimonFFM
- Don’t get the 645 get the rz7 or hassleblad. Even the old Fuji 680 are cool for the bigger neg. if you’re working commercially. Hard to not be shooting digitalBH26
- I only say “commercial” because I want professional quality at the lowest possible entry costHijoDMaite
- @Simon thanks! Not sure if within my budget, but I messaged you!HijoDMaite
- Got the gfx. Good camera. But the raw files on a medium are pretty flat. Wich is needed for post production.tank02
- Mamiya RZ67IImugwart
- try and get hands on Hasselblad 500cm seriesmugwart

Asking for a friend here (really).
He shoots a lot of street stuff, he's not massively experienced but doing some really nice stuff and wants to progress it all with a new camera.
He's looking at these Fuji cameras currently - xt2, xt20 and xe3.
Anybody have any thoughts on these for street style stuff. Any pros and cons you can think of?
He currently has a sony rx 100 m2.
He likes the compactness of it but doesn't mind going a bit bigger and likes the idea of changeable lenses.
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
- Erik Kim seems to like the xt2
http://erickimphotog…ok_not_ok - His entire site is dedicated to street shooting check it out!
http://erickimphotog…ok_not_ok - Those are pretty much the most perfect digital cameras for that right now.HijoDMaite
- for street I would go for something pocket size and you don't have to lug around with lenses, people are loving on the X100F, 23mm f2, day/night for street!robotron3k
- also the Lumix DMC-LX100 is really a Leica repackaged, amazing lens 10-40mm, 1.7-2.8 blazing fast.robotron3k
- xe3 sounds great. My xe2 served me well until I sold it recently, before that I used xe1. Great series. Good size in the hand, leveled top for attaching.....futurefood
- optical viewfinders, excellent sensor. Fun to use small compact flashes and switch over to electronic viewfinder.futurefood
- Check out the FlashQ trigger for your rx100mk2, if you like off camera flash.
I'm using rx100m1 so I can only use built flash. :(futurefood - in*futurefood
- I own the X-T20, the small version of the X-T2, almost the same thing, same image quality and all. Perfect for street photo.Bennn

Just about to pick up a Fuji X-100. Does anyone else here have one? I'm an amateur photographer but I loved it how compact and easy it felt, plus the quality is delicious.
- Do they have a new one? Last one I looked at was several years old.formed
- Yep I'm getting the old one. They launched the x100v recently but it's insanely priceypseud
- Get it! Fine camerafuturefood

- Lens in a brown plastic bag shot wide open. Or PS.garbage
- vaseline on lenseuan
- or on a clear filter to make cleaning easier and protect the lensuan
- Yeah don’t put Vaseline directly on a lens, it will never come offnb
- Try: one sharp photo and a few at varying amounts out of focus (at least one or two VERY out of focus) then drop in PS and adjust layer opacity to tastenb
- Try blending modes too on those blur layersnb
- This does look like Vaseline or a very old (broken?) lens. Look at that chromatic aberration. It’s off the chartsnb
- A shot in the dark but based on the overall aspect it looks to me that this could have been shot through glasses, possibly tinted and broken ones.spl33nidoru

- Oh neat it’s 3dscarabin
- How do you 3D it?Hayzilla
- Look at it like a magic eye image. Unfocus your eyes til the two images overlap and it’ll pop into 3dscarabin
- Nice it worked.Hayzilla
