Sure anything that is complex like this you can find things that might look like holes, but it really doesnt take much outside of common sense to understand that the US government would NEVER want to see anything like this happen to their own people.
This event hurt this country badly with the economy. Im pretty sure that wasnt to their benefit. But the US is the most powerful country in the world so people on the outside are just bored haters, but the fact is this isnt some bullshit 3rd world country. They would never plan anything like this and there was no way to be prepared for something you THOUGHT was impossible.
Well it turned out to be possible, and it was a mistake on their part for not doing all they could to stop it, but shit happens sometimes. they learned their lesson.

^ Regarding Building 7...what I have never heard any of the "truthers" explain is why the government would be interested in blowing up a random building next to the two towers.
For that matter if the towers were rigged with explosives why bother with the planes into them in the first place? Why plan a complex, difficult to engineer act of hijacking planes and flying them into buildings when you could just press a button?
This is what gets me about the conspiracy theorists. If there was a conspiracy it would be pretty simple...the U.S. government would have just recruited Al Qaeda terrorists to carry out the action. They would not have left a paper trail by setting explosives, bringing down random nearby buildings, etc. All the random details conspiracists like to point to about the event itself would be completely irrelevant.
