I tried potato milk alternative. It's not great. It tastes okay, slightly acidic. Potato water background taste definitely there. Might work fine on cereal or cooking. NOT for drinking.
It's awful in coffee, which seems to be its intended use. It separates, makes your coffee look like a cup of brain matter. Blech.
The verdict: stick to oat milk, the unrivaled king of dairy alternatives (so far).

Anybody actually use Adobe Express? I've had a dreaded email from a client. It seems to be very basic and limiting for a non-designer client. We produce web ads, video, press ads and social graphics for them. I'm struggling to see how they can effectively use it and I'd also have to learn it.
"We are seeking a way to streamline our review processes and a system that will allow us to create some of our own graphics in-house. Adobe has a platform called Adobe Express. I recently watched a webinar hosted by Adobe that explains how agencies and clients are using these tools to streamline projects."

Not sure how this suddenly turned on or got activated, but I just discovered the "Allow your pointer and keyboard to move between any nearby Mac or iPad" feature.
In my home setup, I have 2 monitors. Left is connected to my Mac mini, right is connected to my work MBP, and I can go dual monitor on both. I always have two keyboards and two mice out on my desk.
Pretty nice how I can go down to one. Thank you, Tim Apple.
