Anyone have some tips on how to best sync video and audio that are recorded separately? For example, if I'm recording video of guitar playing, but recording the audio into my computer, what's the easiest and most efficient way to get both perfectly synced up, say in iMovie? Like, I'm going to have to start recording video (probably on iPhone) then separately hit record in Logic Pro... could it simply be a matter of visually aligning the first instance of a note being played in the audio with the first instance of the note being played in the video, visually?
Such a dumb question I presume but totally not sure if there's an easier way by synching it up in software. For example, I think you can record live video in Logic Pro, but can you route in live audio from Logic Pro to iMovie?

Last week, for some random reason I listened to Josh Wink's Higher State of Consciousness and was left feeling a bit... wanting. The moment wasn't there, and the crappy laptop speakers I was listening to it on obviously didn't represent.
Tonight, as I left the studios to walk home, I was met with a far off deep resonance from a Festival fairly nearby in Finsbury Park, towards which I had to walk home along a straight road, all the soundwaves billowing forth and surrounding Everything in... Josh Wink's Higher State of Consciousness. It was a profoundly-moving experience - the hairs on my arms were tingling and by the end of the road, as the song reached crescendo, I was practically dancing.
I think it's time I went to a festival again. I think I'm ready. I've hated that shit for so long.
Or, at least, a club. It's been a while.

Keeping on doing the run/jog thing. Up to 13 km in total after my first week. Not groundbreaking I know, but I'm trying to take it slow.

- @niko lifting does help. Squats, lunges, deadlifts. Mix it up between heavy and low reps (3 sets @3-5) and low weight/high reps until failure for endurance.Continuity
- For both load/rep schemes, progressive overload is the key, whether it's increasing the weight each workout, or trying to grind out one or two more reps/workoutContinuity

Trying to get that nostalgic feeling back of being a teen again or in the early 20's during summer. Being a lot more carefree, stuff was more enjoyable, less jaded, less stress about life in general. It was also nice back then not carrying a phone all the time and being glued to it. Just calling a friend on a dumb phone and meeting up right away and have fun.

I was digging around to see if I could find an XBox controller to play drgs' bloody wipEout link ( https://www.qbn.com/reply/409887… ) as Im having a hard time working my flaps, as it were, on a laptop keyboard. I think the XBox controller's at work, annoyingly.
Anyway, in the process I have dug out a DreamCast, Gamecube, PS2 and a barely-used PSP-1000. It's fucking gelaming. SO under-utilized, this poor thing. A pseudo-ex took all my games for it. All I have now are empty boxes.
What do I do with this last thing, please? I need a memory card and I need to install shit on it. Help. Thanks.
