I've never had a Linkedin profile.
I have a salary job and am not looking for freelance work. I like my job and don't plan on looking for another for a few years.
Should I still have a Linkedin profile?
- I use it to solicit recommendations from coworkers I like.DRIFTMONKEY
- It's an online social resume, you should just build one. You can set your status as not actively looking.pinkfloyd
- I use other people's linkedin profiles to estimate their agedrgs
- You're not missing out. Probably the worst and most boring social media platform that I can think of.utopian
- You can set it up with all past info later, when you start looking for a job. You don’t really need it until you’re looking.********
- However, if you’re a hot commodity then setting it up now will result in headhunters contacting you. You might get a surprising offer that you can’t refuse.********
