Allways tempts me to buy a motorbike (and retire my 13 year old FIAT, i'm using it for commute the 20km to work everyday...) but seeing that it rains 300 days in a year here... not a good choose.
Sadly, there is not a good road to do those kms on a bycycle.
Another alternative is to focus only on my solo-studio project, work from house and save the money i spend on fuel+car+insurance+maintenance...

Sorry, this is long, but wasn't sure where else to write this.
Some friends and I got together in San Diego over a long weekend in 2013 with the idea of creating something (and do some surfing). We had no clue what that might be until we were chatting on the plane trip over.
We ended up thinking it would be cool/fun to create an app that would log and track your relative mood on a daily basis. We wanted to make it dead simple, but well-designed so people might actually use it. It's basically 2 screens: The submission screen and the graph screen. We were going to build in additional functionality after the proof of concept. Hueman was born.
2 things that drove us, it would be anonymous (unless you share your graph online) and totally free.
I've been using it for 8 months, and love it (sure, designing it has something to do with that, but I think I would appreciate it regardless because I think the data is interesting). I've learned a lot about myself, my happiness and the patterns of my mood. It feels like it's really telling in an unbiased way; simply graphing one thing - every day. The longer you use it, the more valuable the data becomes.
We got most everything button-up and sent to the Apple App Store for approval. The fuckers rejected it because they claimed it was "too simple" (we consider simplicity to be uncomplicated - not limited in features and functionality). Bullshit. So many useless simple apps out there - like the one that superimposes a mustache on your photo.
Tinfoil hat time: My thought is Apple is working on a similar concept and are rejecting anything like it until they can integrate it into their hardware. Fucking frustrating.
Anyway, we wrote a response and are sending it around the Internet. Maybe if we can get enough people interested, Apple will allow it. Probably not, but wanted to share it anyway.

"For a Better Tomorrow"
In the years I've spent here, even before I joined, the words above are what I believed in, that the community here was focused on improving the human condition.
But I've learned otherwise as time progressed; the ones who dream of a brighter future are met with ridicule and belittlement.
What offerings I could make, however meager they may be, are all that this wounded soul could muster. My attempt at a free exchange for this community fell flat... not a single one of you got to experience the joy at opening a package from another giving person who only wanted to make you smile.
Slowly over time, the words of the selfish and cruel have sunk in, and done their damage. I would have given any one of you the shirt off my back, my cause has always been to fight for the ideals of humanity's gentler nature. Without that, we are doomed to fade into oblivion as a flame on a candle in the night.
In the week that I've been a part of the dogecoin community, I've realized that the coders, artists and philanthropists there that give without reservation have made me realize that I need to leave this place, that I cannot move forward unless I devote more of my time to the purpose the aspire to; bringing financial services to the majority of the world who currently have no such access. In the short time I've been with them, I've learned more about coding than all the years I've been here. They've shown me that my handicaps are nothing to be ashamed of, and that I can work around them. I've found my home.
To the people who have helped me here, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. to those who stood in judgement, or acted with indifference; I have no words for you, I'll leave you to your own fate.
Goodbye everyone, this is the last you'll hear from me, if your choice is to mock or hurl words of disdain... they will fall silent as I will no longer be here.
