We're on version 1,000 of Illustrator and it still doesn't have a dedicated image/photo frame tool, you have to cobble it together with a clipping path.

Do all the AI features of PS work in, uh, perpetually extended trial versions?
- depends on the medicine used - the simple online hacks stops it from working, but I think GenP gets around it. check on the GenP reddit.face_melter

I think I found the perfect Adobe Acrobat Pro replacement tool that suits my needs.
39,99$/year or 69,99/perpetual
Now I just need to decide between Reaper and Cakewalk to replace Audition and I'll have alternatives for all Adobe apps that I use.

Illustrator hanging with a spinning rainbow when I switch between documents. Whhhhhhhhyyyyyyyyy???? I have an M1 Ultra and loads of ram. It just started doing this over the last few days.

I cancelled my Adobe subscription yesterday.

Last week, I had to renew my license, and they asked me for double the price... I cancelled my subscription like every year to get an offer via chat, but to my surprise... there was no offer, and I was left without a subscription and looking like a fool.
I tried again by phone a few hours later, and the same thing, no decent offer or return to the previous price.
Finally, at the end of the day, I tried again via chat and this time, when I pointed out that I have been subscribed for years and that it didn't seem fair, blah, blah, blah... They made me an offer and to return to the previous price.
I got it, but I feel like it's getting harder and harder and one day I'll have to jump through hoops.
It's a software that I use every day and I need it, but in the end, we pay so many licenses that it's not easy to justify it.

- Bought the 2.0 Version when this Adobe AI shit hit the fan. That was the final straw for me.oey_oey
- Now after I quit they offer me the previous deal. The thing is, I really like to use the Adobe Apps. But for the real price and that AI crap, no thanks.oey_oey
