Last week, I had to renew my license, and they asked me for double the price... I cancelled my subscription like every year to get an offer via chat, but to my surprise... there was no offer, and I was left without a subscription and looking like a fool.
I tried again by phone a few hours later, and the same thing, no decent offer or return to the previous price.
Finally, at the end of the day, I tried again via chat and this time, when I pointed out that I have been subscribed for years and that it didn't seem fair, blah, blah, blah... They made me an offer and to return to the previous price.
I got it, but I feel like it's getting harder and harder and one day I'll have to jump through hoops.
It's a software that I use every day and I need it, but in the end, we pay so many licenses that it's not easy to justify it.
- they should track how many $ they make from a user and after you reach 20000$ or something, you get a free license for the rest of your life.uan

- After noticing u lot using this method, I tried cancelling my Max subscription and to my delight, they cut my subscription rate in half.cherub
