The reason thing didn't work out from my side was because I couldn't get over her past. I struggled with jealousy for the past 6 months. It's amazing she was able to put up with me that long. During those 6 months, we broke up and got back together 10 times.

Eat well. Get fit. Get a haircut, shower often and wear nice clothes.
You'll feel better, get compliments, and cause you aren't acting like it's the end of the world it won't feel that way.
Admittedly it took me 12 months after breaking up with the mother of my two kids to get out of the slump. Once out of it though I realised that I was a better man and didn't look back.
Find the positive in anything you can. Hope you guys all feel better soon.

Another problem is I work in a rich area, and I see sugardaddies all the time. This keeps on reminding me about her past. I wake up one day saying to myself, OK, the past is the past. vitamins, do something else mate, your 30s are going to zip by like an express train, and if you don't reestablish your identity in that time you're going to be a 40 year old man with the outlook of a 20-something, hopelessly out of touch with himself and the world around him, likely to fall into depression or alcoholism or both.
Move house, go on a months long trip somewhere really foreign, get out of town and out of your head and it'll be remarkable how churlish you'll feel once you've blown her cobwebs out of your system.
