vitamins, do something else mate, your 30s are going to zip by like an express train, and if you don't reestablish your identity in that time you're going to be a 40 year old man with the outlook of a 20-something, hopelessly out of touch with himself and the world around him, likely to fall into depression or alcoholism or both.
Move house, go on a months long trip somewhere really foreign, get out of town and out of your head and it'll be remarkable how churlish you'll feel once you've blown her cobwebs out of your system.
