Eat well. Get fit. Get a haircut, shower often and wear nice clothes.
You'll feel better, get compliments, and cause you aren't acting like it's the end of the world it won't feel that way.
Admittedly it took me 12 months after breaking up with the mother of my two kids to get out of the slump. Once out of it though I realised that I was a better man and didn't look back.
Find the positive in anything you can. Hope you guys all feel better soon.
