drinking lots will not be a problem, last night i started to feel better, went for some beers with my flat mate, was feeling good. but then when the lights were off and i was in bed i broke down again. and this morning has been really tough

stacked this week till friday, big weekend , then off for a shoot in south africa for 4 days , then off to germany to work on a film then finishin a job off here, then planning little trip. busy is key.
