low, i totally agree with "our food and the system of eating has become so devalued as it is a secondary function" but i can't see that her "art" would increase it's value again. i don't see it making people more aware about what they eat and how it got on their plate.
the masses don't care. the ones who care and would be aware of her artwork are most likely on that level anyways.
