Is it normal as a front-end developer to get into an argument with a designer over the importance of line-height/line spacing and maintaining a vertical rhythm? Avoiding busy background patterns which compete with text people are actually supposed to read? I was told she will check her resources to see if type setting is relevant anymore. First world problems, FML.

@IRNIun6, sounds like the designer doesn't know what they are doing. i've never got into a fight with developers. things have for the most part been smooth.

I was being facetious but appreciate the response. Just a frustrating experience to truly enjoy where I work, while completely opposing the visual direction we're taking due to lack of technical knowledge. My choices are either encourage an unreceptive co-worker to improve their craft, ignore it and stew in frustration, or move on.

What? The video still embeds it just shows the https text before it, surely posting two of the same video is far more inconvenient for others than seeing a bit of extra text above the first video...
