successfully stopped all drinking of alcohol and stopped smoking pot and cigs for 3 months.
been training daily, on a 120 day cycle of a full body lite training exercise.
3 months ago i weighed 188 pounds.. with a 30" waist.. now i weigh 155 with a 28" waist and very nice lean muscle.
i look forward to see what the end of 120 days.. and onto a happier clean life.

I stopped pot and cigs and reduced alcohol to beer or wine once or twice a week for quite 10 month now...it's terribly boring!

I broke both my shoulders back in '01 in a race in the rain, blew 1 out surfing last week, couldn't surf since. my body clock still gets me up at 5:30-6:am, fucking sucks.
