a 300-500 person festival wants to use one of my personal art pieces to represent their event this year.
they mentioned all proceeds from posters and t-shirts would go to me, which seems weird and i wonder if they intend for that to be my payment for use of the image. i don't know how many, if any, of those items will be sold so i'm thinking a flat fee plus a cut from those sales would be more appropriate.
what should i charge these guys for use of my image? couple hundred bucks?

I'm about to enter mortal kombat with a cat. She pees in the clean litterbox, then shits her 3 turds on the bath mat. It's happened at least 10 times the last 2 months. From here on out, it's old school dog treatment.
First, maybe I'll rub her nose in it, then put her in a cold shower to rinse off, then tie her to a tree out back to think about it. It is 32 degrees Fahrenheit out though. I might be bordering on abuse with that one.
I play with her, feed both of them regularly on schedule, I can't believe she's jealous of the other cat, its been over 6 months. They each have a litterbox to themselves, toys everywhere, they even play together daily.
This is about to be an outdoor cat.
For now, she can just stay in the laundry room as I wash & dry the bath mat.

my still wet behind the ears pitbull just got his first ass whoppin about an hour ago by another pitbull while i was jogging w/ my dog, ran to a friends house where they have a new 2 year old pit they adopted 2 days ago, my dog went to go play with him but i was like" no way man, i dont know where that dogs been, or how he was raised" my friends were like "nah hes cool, we had him checked out, see, hes just sitting there" so i let my dog (on a leash) a little close to the other chained dog but i miss gauged the other dogs chain length when that fucker jumped and clamped on my dogs mouth not letting go for 5 minutes it seemed as I was kicking the shit out of that dog, in his nuts, his stomach, none of that fazed him at all till he brought my dog to the ground then i jump stomped the other dog on his neck. then he finally let go, god dam, that sucked.
people with pits need to realize pits need 300% more attention than other dogs or they will be unpredictable, and a dog that intense cant be unpredictable, my dog is double the size of that junk yard looking pitbull and mine is only 7 months old at almost 1/4 the age of the other dog, but my dog is very very sweet, he gets more attention then he wants, but i work from home so its easy, very good dog. fuck that other son of a bitch dog. just got back from the 24/7 vet, hes cool, but hes giving me this look like:
(dumb dog voice) "why did he bite me, i just wanted to play,,, duhhh"

curious how much are tix to this event? I wouldn't do it. I mean if it was just a company that was selling tshirts and posters then maybe. Your work will be on all other promotions: flyers, web, print, etc. I'd license it accordingly.
