a 300-500 person festival wants to use one of my personal art pieces to represent their event this year.
they mentioned all proceeds from posters and t-shirts would go to me, which seems weird and i wonder if they intend for that to be my payment for use of the image. i don't know how many, if any, of those items will be sold so i'm thinking a flat fee plus a cut from those sales would be more appropriate.
what should i charge these guys for use of my image? couple hundred bucks?
