i've been stressing too. causing my immune system to act up. felt dizzy weird and not all there for a few days. kinda freaked out. i think i'm coming out of it, but that was a wake up call. nutrition and exercise that's me now. the body has its way of letting us know when it's time to stop and smell the roses.

Almost slammed into the side of a mini van riding into work today. Guy failed to put on his turn signal and decided to make a right hand turn, cutting me off.
Slammed on the breaks and did a bit of a slide to avoid hitting him.
Was quite a thrill.

i discovered these 8 hour nature scene videos on youtube over the weekend. my laptop is hooked up to the bigscreen and 6.1 surround system so when i play them it's totally realistic... made soup and watched the rain... real nice stuff to fall asleep to.
