i've been stressing too. causing my immune system to act up. felt dizzy weird and not all there for a few days. kinda freaked out. i think i'm coming out of it, but that was a wake up call. nutrition and exercise that's me now. the body has its way of letting us know when it's time to stop and smell the roses.

- it's good if you're an endurance athlete or exercise regularly or are reasonably fit. If not, then low BP isn't so good.CanHasQBN
