Why a mac is better than a PC Feb 15, 04, 7 a.m.

I have a client (a school that wants to buy 1000 mac's) but the school wants 1000 PC's and they want a poster showing why they should buy macs"s ...

Okay so this is the new site we just finished for our office/ business. Personally I dont like it but I am just on of the designers and I think it has too much marketing jargon on it.

So I told my boss that I would post it on NT and see what you guys thought and if they were the same as my feelings on it.

Ok so heres the deal I am on the East Coast (Wash DC) trying to get to the West Coast (So Cal Area). I am going all out full speed trying to get all my work ready. I have a couple ports one flash and one html.

I also tossed up my resume and work sample, for some brusing.

I need some feedback on the work and sites since I think I have been looking at both way too long.

He said yesterday that he wants to build the studio into a 2 million dollar a year firm.

But last night he went out and got hammered till 4 am didnt show up till 1pm and said he doesnt care about any clients seeing that he got his status quo of 5 clients this months...

So I am working on my resume now...

i have a new client which is a indie record label and they want a CMS i know that Asterik Studio does this kind of work all the time for Flawless records and such. i was just wondering if anyone knew what CMS they were using for sites It seems that if you look at the source of their sites they are all formatted the same.

Just curious before i outsource a giant CMS project.

But you have to look at the text on the homepage of the god awful site.

He made the coder letterspace lowercase letters in the "message" I thought I was going to throw up. If Robert Bringhurst were dead he would be rolling in his grave.

I mean I realize you are trying to get people to visit your site, get ad impressions, thats all well and great.

What do most of you charge for a web design. I have a client that wants a crazy flash site and i quoted them at 120 hours minimum @ $60 an hr, and 75$ per html page thereafter and they said that was astronomical, but most high end companies around the DC area are charging 150$
