I think my boss is bi-polar

He said yesterday that he wants to build the studio into a 2 million dollar a year firm.
But last night he went out and got hammered till 4 am didnt show up till 1pm and said he doesnt care about any clients seeing that he got his status quo of 5 clients this months...
So I am working on my resume now...

Last friday we have a 7-11 by use across the street and he thought he was funny driving over there and telling the day laborers out front they were "beaners"
I cant believe this guy is allowed out in public, or even has a business
So i got really pissed at him one time and told him he was a skid mark on the underpants of society.
I dont think he understood that.

I too often feel sorry for the owner at my company - he says the most bigoted and ignorant things. It's really sad.
