Loads of great tips out there;
Try tucking a can of beans under your chin on your commute to work, keeping it wedged between your chin and chest. Great for stiff necks.
Also, a bag of sugar under each arm while driving is good for posture.
the correlation between flyingnowhere and self massage is strong in this thread.
a stick in your ass is great for posture too.

You're better off going to Masseuse. Thai or Kalari are thee best. If you aren't doing yoga, aikido and meditation a weekly massage can have great benefits.

@ flyingnowhere, I actually own that thing, people always smirk and hold back laughter when they see it at my place. But It's okay, it's good for getting those hard to reach knots on your back.

when i'm stressed i get a tight neck and shoulders, so i use a Kneading Shiatsu Massager. you can position it in different parts of your body, works best for neck area or between the shoulder blades. plus it's electric so you can put as much pressure as you need or can take.
You just can't get the real benefit of massage or tool doing it yourself.
