just get a mac for the spacebar previewing as well as the user friendliness of OSX in general. Even simple stuff as application tab-toggle and click thing just makes u faster.
you will be much more productive and will probably earn the 2000$ difference and more really quickly, just by being faster.Windows is super clunky and has a learning curve which will make u lose time and creativity

But if you don't want to build your own and thinking dell. Look refurbished for great deals.
