" i will continue with the circle and inject some concept into it."
also this is bizarre.. its the wrong way around if anything
you think of a concept *first* and then "inject" a style into the concept. (ie think creative THEN art direction).
if you do it the other way it will pretty much crumble.

Maybe you should try some different fonts for the logo.
- chossy0
Tinker man tinker, fiddle around less than a minutes work and you don't like the results explore it more thoroughly, make the text bigger change the font, change the keyboard move the mouse thicken the wires do more to this. If it doesn't work so fuck try a different idea the main thing is don't flog one route try a few and see what sticks.

so you still kept the avant garde, the tilt, the colours, the sticker.. but now ADDED more clutter??
taking the piss??
let go - delete.. trust me...let go
open new file..not being a dick.. just do it..

My advice at this point would be to save off the circle logo as Sriran_Logo01 and move on to the next idea. You will run in circles trying to justify or amend this logo to every new idea you get.
I think if you start on a new idea and take the advice everyone has given about process you may find yourself dragging that recently saved logo01 to the recycle bin.

dust_mine are you a working designer or a student or a hobbyist? not having a cheap shot i'd like to know where you're at is all?

Student :D

Make the logo look like glass.

right. so as a student you should be creating about 50 logo ideas and many business card options. you're not restricted to the budget/time constraints that the rest of us are, nor are you helping your folio and future employment but fixating on one idea. whoever is teaching you should have driven this into your head as important fact number one.
use pencil, paint, crayon, blood, computer, whatever you like to get those ideas some and then start cleaning the ones up that have some reasoning behind them. then shortlist a few (aim for 3) and see where you go from there.
also, you're dealing with a lot of opinions, experience and egos in this place so if you post something for crit be prepared for a flogging. you may like something but that doesn't mean the majority will agree. also doesn't mean the majority will be right but you aren't going to get any better if you think you're an uber designer when, to be honest, you're not. that's not a cheap shot either, i'm not very good so simple hard work and critical viewing have to make up for the lack of talent. which they sometimes do. sometimes don't.
