What's it mean?

I have some clues what she meant.
She is a very beautiful and attractive woman. Striking and lovely face; slender and smooth body; luxuriant head of brunette hair; tall and erect posture; serious and not flirty personality. She was the center of a great deal of sexual attention, and speculation, back in our college days.
Near as I can tell, she's even-handedly bisexual, with strong appetites both ways. She's had her heart broken by beautiful (fragile) women, and beautiful (strong and husky) men. Perhaps she has a bit of a doormat personality any way she plays it? Could be; I'm not completely sure.
But now she's a married woman living in the country with her husband and two children.
What was she saying to me, as she handed me her cell number?

She was says "Eat me, big boy"

Hmmm...I thought this was about an open relationship, but maybe it's not because she mentions "struggles"? Who knows, though. It's probably the marriage-due-to-child explanation that ukit said.
Or they could have an open relationship, moreso due to her bisexuality or need for other relationships (or incompatibility, or it could have to do with her husband), but the couple feels they should be together in marriage for the children.

Honestly, it sounds like more trouble than it's worth.
She sounds like someone with the burden of both a highly developed social sense, which in experience can lead someone to be unwittingly manipulative in encouraging other people into her dramas.
And I don't mean dramas as in screaming hysterics, but dramas as in the same old situations that she sets up around herself to try and resolve whatever emotional issues she has, but somehow either bottles out of, or self-destructively blows apart just near some terrifying but necessary resolution.
I realise that I can't really draw those conclusions from the little you've written of her, but god darn it it sounds just like several women that I've known with whom I have become embroiled in the way I describe above, to my great confusion and pain.
As it happens, my wife is actually my best friend, Im really lucky - I don't know how I'd get by if it wasnt for her. It makes you realise how tortuous being single or unhappy can be.
Such lengthy enforced unhappiness can do horrible things to people, so be very guarded that you don't represent some way out for her, she might be a lunatic by now. You hardly know her, so throw the number away and just think of it with a mellowing curiosity before you see her face on the local news.- you should write grocery store novels._salisae_
