--About 11 a.m., Roberts apparently called his wife from a cell phone, saying he was "acting out in revenge for something that happened 20 years ago," Miller said. "It seems as though he wanted to attack young, female victims."

yeah, he was 32... if you're pissed off at something that happend when you we're 12... get over it. What the hell happens when your 12? did a girl knock you out during a game of dodgeball?
- CincodeMayo0
He's amish. They don't have dodgeball silly.
Maybe someone stole his horse...
- Gucci0

My buddy attempted to create a company based on internet marketing in Lancaster County (Primarily Amish...). We used to make fun of him, and how it woud never work.
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/10/02…
I asked him if that was his last ditch attempt at showing the people that advertising for their county would work, and he hasn't responded.

Eh, I'm going to hell anyway.
The constant onslaught and over coverage of these events (that don't happen in innner-city public schools, where shootings are much more regular, and the threat of shootings actually prevalent), I believe adds to the mystique and copy catters.
Lives lost are never really funny, especially young lives and people who have actually no connection to why the person is killing in the first place.

I lived only a few miles from there from ages eight to eighteen
- k0na_an0k0
were you a girl 20 years ago? what did you do to him rand... or should i say... randolina!?!

(Oct 2 06, 13:03)im gonna guess many (most?) amish kids leave the community.
...live on its fringes with minimal family contact.
im alson gonna guess our shooter is one of those, ostracized...
ostracism and american mass murder seem to go hand in hand.
- pavlovs_dog0
my bad...
- - - The gunman, Charles Carl Roberts IV, drove a commercial milk truck, said Miller. He was not Amish, was not previously wanted by authorities and had no known criminal history.
The Bart, Pennsylvania, resident had three children, and left several notes for his family "along the lines of suicide notes," Miller said.
The notes were "rambling" and "didn't make much sense," Miller said. - - -
..he's just a crazy fuck.

"It was the nation's third deadly school shooting in less than a week, "
don't go blame the guns now! it is not the guns! it is jsut that there are so many sick people there. in europe we don't have as many sick people, apparently! if guns were legal here, none of this would happen here. believe me. it's not the guns. it is not the guns!
