----Reasons Benedict Cumberbatch is Racist
it’s not my job to educate ANY of you, but Benedict Cumberbatch is racist because:
• he’s white and all white people are racist to some extent
• he’s wealthy
• he made fun of r kelly and POC cannot be criticized by a white person for ANY reason without the context being one of racism and white supremacy
• he took the role of kahn in star trek which is extremely racist because the real-life kahn wasnt white
• he has used the word “jimmies” (I heard this but I have no specific source)
• a friend of mine who saw him at starbucks said she saw him using the n word but she isnt sure it was actually him (it probably was)
• despite having a huge media presence he has yet to use this to condemn white people and white supremacy. he directly benefits from white privilege and doesnt try to change it
• he complains about being typecast as “posh” which isn’t specifically racial but it still counts as racist.
• he has dyed his hair dark (which is not his natural color) and it is a form of cultural appropriation.
• my friend who is a POC says she feels triggered whenever she sees him, and this wouldn’t happen for NO reason.- lolmonospaced
