tried to add a data plan for my ipad to my AT&T account and got an email afterward saying i have to call them and verify my identity within a certain time frame of they will cancel my order. stupid, i thought, but tried any way. after 4 days straight of being on hold for over an hour with them never picking up i finally get through and they ask me all this obscure information about student loans i haven't had for years, shit even i don't know. i failed my identity test so can't add a fucking data plan to my ipad.
what in the fucking hell?
